A 41yearold farmer Gajendra Singh is resident of Nangal Jhamkhada village in Dausa district of Rajasthan, hung himself from a tree during an AAP rally on Wednesday in front of a 2,000str gathering – which included Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal – in the heart of the national capital.
It's became now a major point of controction between AAP and Pary government Delhi police. responding to the issue Vijay Singh, deputy commissioner of police (New Delhi), reported to
the District Magistrate (New Delhi district), wrote the below words :
“It is informed
that the incident quoted by you in the subject matter of the case FIR No
95/2015 falls under section 306 (abetment of suicide), 186 (obstructing
public servant in discharge of public functions) and section 34 (acts
by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the IPC.
Therefore, you have no jurisdiction regarding the matter”.
Now AAP apposing Delhi police for their negligence which lead to Gajendra Singh s death to hung.
